Processing Time All mugs are custom-printed to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for printing and quality checks before your order is shipped.

Shipping

• 🇸🇬 Singapore only: 1–2 business days
• Flat rate shipping fee: SGD $5.00

Total delivery time = 4–6 business days from order date

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at embercollective24@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
